Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated 13 September 2026
Everything on this website is free to read and free to use for your own preparation. In return we ask for two things: always confirm exam details from the official notification, and do not re-sell or re-brand what we share.
Accepting these terms
By using NextGen Bankers (this website and our Telegram channels and groups) you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What we offer
We are an independent community of aspirants and selected candidates. We publish exam notifications, shift-wise exam analysis, memory-based questions, results and cut-offs, daily vocabulary practice, free and legally shareable PDFs, curated free classes, and interview experiences — for Indian banking and related recruitment examinations.
We are not a coaching institute, not a recruitment agency, and not connected to any examining body. See our Disclaimer for what that means in practice.
Free use, fair use
You may freely:
- Read, download and use anything on this site for your own exam preparation.
- Share our links with your friends, batchmates and study groups.
- Quote us, as long as you credit NextGen Bankers and link back.
Please do not:
- Sell, or charge money for, material we give away free.
- Remove our name or watermark from a PDF and republish it as your own, or re-upload our material to a channel presented as its original source.
- Scrape the site automatically in a way that affects its availability for others.
- Use our name, logo or channel names in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Accuracy of exam information
We work hard to post exam updates quickly and correctly, and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them. Even so, dates, vacancies, eligibility, patterns and cut-offs are decided by the examining bodies and can change without notice.
Always confirm every detail from the official notification on the official website before you act on it. Do not rely on us alone for a deadline.
Paid material (OneStop)
Almost everything we do is free. OneStop | NextGen is the one paid offering, and it is arranged and delivered entirely over Telegram — this website does not take payments, does not process cards and does not store any payment information whatsoever.
Confirm the OneStop pricing, exactly what a subscriber receives, the duration of access, and the refund position before launch, then state all four here in plain language. Payment terms must not be guessed.Community conduct
Our Telegram groups exist so that aspirants can help each other. In them, please keep discussion relevant to preparation, be respectful to other candidates, and do not post spam, referral links, abuse or pirated material. Admins may remove messages or members that break this.
Intellectual property
Material we create ourselves — our notes, our vocabulary tests, our analysis write-ups, our name and our logo — belongs to NextGen Bankers.
Material created by others and shared by us remains the property of its creator. We only share third-party material that is free and legally shareable. Our full position, and how to ask us to remove something, is on the Copyright Policy page.
Limitation of liability
We provide everything here in good faith and free of charge, "as is", without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen Bankers and its admins are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or our channels — including a missed deadline, an exam result, or a decision taken on the basis of information posted here.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the site or the channels will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of what we offer at any time. Because the site is free, no refund or compensation arises from this.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Add the specific city whose courts will have jurisdiction (usually the city the owner is based in) before launch, and have a lawyer confirm this clause if OneStop revenue grows.Contact us
